Hazel's Pot Roast Blend

Every Sunday, Hazel my mother would use this blend of spices to make our Families Sunday Meal. Upon arriving home from church, this
unique blend of spice on the roast filled the house with the smell of true motherly
love. I invite you to bring back the taste of home with my Mother's secret
blend of pepper, garlic, salt and Eating Sharp's Twist.

Best on Chuck or 7-Bone Roasts. Great
on other cuts of meats or roasts.
*Add Canola or Olive
oil and it becomes a wet rub for marinating

Coat the top side of roast and add 1/2 to 1 cup water, carrots, onions and
russets. Cover and bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 3 to 3 1/2 hours.
Make gravy with the dripping and serve.
